If they're suppose to be +R and that's an actual graph from them, then the seller doesn't know squat, LOL.
Is this an Ebay seller?
The drive doing the testing is a Rebadged Benq 1620A. I know the Actual Benq 1620's hated the -4x verbatim. It does love the plus format verbatim from 4x,8x,and 16x.
renzoku: What's the brand name, model#,and current firmware version of your dvd-rw drive?
Edit: Looking at that graph of a test drive, the PIF errors shows 0,but nero scored it a 94. 0-2 orso errors, nero would have scored around a 99. Showing a 94,there should be at least a dozen PIF errors. This graph looks bogus and I'd be very weary of him/her.

I think because he not showin no pif error's he's scanning to fast for the drive to read the disc properally right..or doe's it depend on the speed of the scan?

Ask the seller for a sample or two and see how they perform for you, if you are truly buying in quantity, I don't see why he wouldn't honor the request.
But, personally i would stick with a known online retailer or brick and mortar type store.
Supermediastore.com comes to mind first. I have heard of others praising other merchants, but can only vouch for the ones I have used personally.
I question his scan also, you claim they are for DVD+R disks, but as others have pointed out, the scan shows a -R, and getting a PIF number of 0 is unusual, and suspect to say the least.
