I have done everything to the best of my knowledge. However when i start Xplorer360 and finish selecting the harddrive or memcard an error is displayed.

Could not find a FATX drive to open!

Under device manager/disk drives i find ST310014A which is the hard drive for the Xbox.

I'm new to this so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

This is my sons xbox,he deleted some files and then error code 16 displayed.

When i open the harddrive under disk drives i go to volume and unknown manufactuer 0 MB for everything.
