Nokia 6010 Cingular unlock code?

This is a prepaid Nokia phone which has not been used in over 1 1/2 years. Both Cingular and Nokia say they can not access the code using either the IMEI number, the original phone # or name,the sim card number, basically any info I could give them.

Nokia 6010 on Cingular network
IMEI: 010702/000/116718/7
original phone 253 534-8724/name: Nirmaier

I accidently threw away my old Nokia T-Mobil phone and still have prepaid minutes which I'd like to use. I bought a new sim card from T-Mobil which I have not put in yet because I don't have the Cingular phone unlocked. T-Mobil did not tell me that I had to have it unlocked before I paid them for a new sim card.

Any help much appreciated.
