DVDFAB not working for psp?

I have the full install of dvdfab and there is an option to convert to psp format... whenever i start this process, it begins and then about 2% in it gives me an error(something about it needing the disk info i think) and then shuts down completely.... any help on this would be great.

If not using the latest - 4.0.1.2 try that - there's also a beta you may want to try - 4.0.1.6.

Only happening with one movie or all of them?
