does nero express 6 have a burn rom. i loaded disc and installed and I can't find a burn rom. can someone help me. if not how can I make backups of my DVD's

No, you'll need the ultra version to get the Nero Burning Rom application.

(all applications are FREE)
You can always use DVFab HD decrypter, DVDshrink, or Imgburn for ISO image creation. You can then use Imgburn to burn the image to DVD disk.

First use DVDFab to rip with (choose ISO image or video files), open the files using DVDshrink for transcoding having shrink either create an .iso image or a hard disk folder containing the files, you can then using imgburn to burn the .iso imge to disk (if you have video files, imgburn can be used in build mode to build an .iso image that it can burn to DVD disk).
