& it says that its an open souce when it says freeware isn't that better what does the shareware one mean that it has to be shared by everyone,add ons can i delete them from IE7 OR ARE THEY IMPORTANT,IT MIGHT BE BETTER IN THE LONG RUN NOT TO USE IE7,CAN I DELETE IT & I ALSO NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THE U-TORRENTS DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE THAT I WAS USING,WHAT WE NEED TO DO IS TO START FROM SCRATCH,WE ARE LOOSING TRACK & WE NEED TOBE DOING THINGS ONE AT A TIME SOTHAT WAY WE ELIMINATE ONE PROBLEM THEN AFTER THAT THENTHERES LESS TO WORK ON,I NEED TO HERE FROM YOU BRUCE

DLL is short for Dynamic Link Library, which is a form of file extension. If you want to know more about what they are, please read them here. It's not possible for me to explain everything to you on here, as it would take pages and pages of posts.
About the registry, you can read about them here. Again, it's not something I can educate you on here, it is too complex and it would take months to fully understand how the Registry works.
Cookies, on the other hand, are small files that are sent to your computer whenever you visit a webpage. They are usually harmless and aid the owner of the webpage in tracking what you have done on their websites so they can keep a record of it. However, certain malicious sites sends tracking cookies that steals your private information, these are the ones you should be looking out for. Most of the sites require that you accept their cookies, so make sure your Internet browser is set to allow their cookies. Be careful of what sites you visit though, if you don't want to get a nasty cookie on your computer.
About the missing DLLs, missing Hreg keys and such, it is most likely caused by previous infections you had on your computer. Some infections change the Registry without your knowledge, and this can cause problems to your computer. If a particular program is not working, I would suggest that you reinstall it.
Shareware is not the same as freeware, they are free trials that allow you to try their softwares for a certain period before you have to pay for it. Freeware, on the other hand, is entirely free and you can use it for as long as you want to. Firefox is a freeware web browser.

& I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED THIS QUESTION THAT IV'E ASK YOU QUITE A FEW TIMES HAS MY SYSTEM RESTORE BACK TO NORMAL NOW SO THAT IF ONLY ON AN EMEMERGENY I WILL WILL MAKE A RESTORE POINT TO SAVE MY PC FROM MORE HEARTACHE THAT I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE TO FIX MYSELF,IS THERE A WAY OF TESTING BUT WITHOUT RESTORING A POINT

I don't know which site you visited to download Firefox, but please download it here.
What kind of free from being tracked softwares do you need? If you are talking about softwares for sharing files, I can guarantee that NONE of the file sharing softwares are safe and free from tracking.
It's really hard to answer all your questions, not just because there are too many of them, but also because your phrasing makes what you wrote hard to read. If you want to ask me questions, please put it in a proper format with punctuation and don't use Caps lock.

its nice to here from you bruce,if you know all that you know trust me my words are 100 % in english with a twist of lime,i thought you gave up on me,i don' think i can handle a pc anymore maybe its me but as i might have told you before im disabled & i have learning difficulties so when you are asking for me to writemy words like a proffessor i cant,i am me thata all there is iam not trying to be anyone else i cant do things that i was never taought at school,which even there i wasn't there to long ,so you will have to except me for who i am

if you want to help me you just disapear like that,i got very depressed then each day that went by my pc got more viruses & trojans & now my picture is jumping up & down very fastly in deed & skipping to the next page one thing at a time then when we finish this then we can move to the neext item is that ok

p2p file sharing ive also got pear guardian 2 but people are telling me that i had to join up to this web site & get the block lists from them to then put it into my pear guardian 2 block list but i went to the site & i joined up but i don't know what to do now so ive had enough it all,whats the point,
i have not got the education to know what to do so it just fustrates me more,& then i have to rely on people which which is my biggest fear,
i have still yet to download u torrents & config it so that i get a faster speed & a bit of privacy from them pests who think they have the right to be watching everybody's moves,thats gods job not there's

I'm very sorry for the late reply, I have been really busy these days.
Again, I would strongly advise you NOT to download Utorrent and remove Peer Guardian from your computer, they are UNSAFE and can bring in lots of unwanted junk onto your computer.
Besides this, is there anything wrong with your computer?
