Problem- disc cannot be played?

hey guys =] im new to the forum, just asking a simple nooby question: " i downloaded an iso image of a game Zone Of the Enders 2- 2nd runner and there weren't any problems with it. Until i used dvd decrypter and wrote the iso image to the disc. The problem is when i insert into the chipped ps2 it goes to the noraml start up screen then it comes blank black screen. Message pops up " Disc Cannot be Played" . . . the media bad or i burnt wrong ?

when you say "there weren't any problems with it. Until i used dvd decrypter" does that mean you had tried playing the game on the PC with an emulator?

the problem occurs when i write the iso image to the disc. its either bad iso image or else bad media, but im using verbatim dvd-r.

im not sure if its the meida, i herd verbatim was 1 of the 3 best media for burning ps2 games. it might be the ISO, if it only happens on that 1 game try getting a different 1 and see if it comes up with the same thing
