I have a creative zen mp3 player and the middle scroll button stopped working. Without it, you cannot select songs but must play songs in order. Is there a way to reprogram the player to use the arrow buttons to scroll instead? or does anyone have any other ideas of how to scroll/ select?

hi my creative zen just brought for a week!!! Now it cannot be open even though i re set it... Can anyone tell me wad to do?
