Hello everyone.
My partner has been working long hours on the cover for our new DVD. She's been exiting and reopening the file with no problems, but when she went to go to work today, the file won't open.
I copied the file and loaded into my PC, but my Nero had the same reaction (after a few minutes, we get a non-responsive notice and Nero shuts down.)
The only thing she can think of that she did differently was to punch the "save" icon before exiting (she hadn't noticed it before.)
Can anyone offer any suggestions? That's a lot of lost work if she has to start over.

hmm you say cover as in pictures, when you load the project i spose all pictures used rely on links to the pictures dotted about over the pc in different folders, any of these pictures added been deleted?

could try a system restore to same day or day before also...

Hi rotary. Thanks for the response. She's been doing a lot of work on the pix. Will check and see if any have been renamed.
One weird thing ... she created several new test docs ato try and solve the problem, and discovered they won't open if there is more than 10 Meg of content!

Re "restore" ... Thanks. Tried that - going back a day ... several days ... a week. None would restore!
Something is DEFINITELY going on. I have a friend at Microsoft. think it's time to call him <g>.
