Ok, I'm running a Raid 5 array on a fresh install of Vista. My drives end up with a capacity of 298GB. When I right click my C: drive and go to properties, it is saying I have 106GB used. However when I highlight everything in my C: drive (including hidden files and folders) and go to properties, Everything only adds to 73GB. There is a 33GB difference. 1 or 2GB wouldn't concern me but 33 seems to be a bit extreme.

Any clue where those 33GB are being used up at???

The Lost was just found.....what was causing it??? System Restore. I turned it off, and BAM! my missing 30GB was back. My used space went back to 75GB. I did turn it back on though, as with the bugs that vista is still working out, it is probably worth it. Does anyone know how to prevent it from using the full 15% (like you can with the recycle bin)?? With a 300GB drive, 15% is pretty extreme.
