I have a Westinghouse LTV-32w3 HD tv. My problem is that at random times I get a really bad scrolling of horizontal lines from top to bottom that makes the picture impossible to see. It usually lasts for a couple of minutes and then goes away. If anyone knows a way to get rid of this it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
