Help with converting video using Videora

Hello all. Here's the thing: I got a video file, DivX encoded with AC3 audio, and I'm trying to use "Videora iPod Nano Converter" to put it on my 3G iPod Nano Video. But when I do all the steps for the conversion, the program converts it in a few 5 seconds, so I open iTunes and go check it. The video, is just a black background with some red letters saying:
