you can buy a surround sound unit that can do 1-4 hdmi inputs to 1 output or you can actually buy and hdmi selector. do a search on google under hdmi system selector. they can run from about 300-400 but I have no idea how good they are

HMDI Selectors

Inexpensive but has very good reviews - 4 inputs and 1 output:

Pricier but with rock solid performance (this is the one I have):

The Octava is expensive but has been 100% dependable with whatever I've hookep up to it: HD DVD, BluRay, XBox 360, PS3, HD Cable. The autosensing feature is great. It's a good choice if you can afford it. If not, try the monoprice as it has a lot of good user feedback.
