the br burner arrived yest today i bought this http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/2603/705110foto1pf3.jpg

plugged it on sony vgn-ar630e running vista it detected it and installed drivers automatically burned movie using roxio 10

plugged it on hp 1660se running vista ultimate 32bit it detected it and installed drivers automatically burned movie using roxio 10

plugged it on sony VAIO VGC-RA810G running win xp media center it detected it and installed drivers automatically burned some data using roxio 10

plugged it on my custom pc (check sig) running vista ult 64bit it detected it and installed drivers automatically now.. i tried installing roxio 10 it installed the i got some errors when logging in after restart and roxio was having probs when opening it started a setup EVERYTIME i tried to open it after repairing/uninstalling i decided to try nero 8 which worked better than roxio it burned sony 25gb bd-re at 2x vs roxio 0.8-1.2x roxio says maximum speed 2x and it starts at 0.8x then goes all the way up to 1.2x and then it lowers and then back up this happened on the sony vgn-ar630e, sony VAIO VGC-RA810G, and the hp 1660se no im not running anythg else on the background is there anyway to actually burn at 2x without nero?

N ero shows the speed that the media is rated at. I don't recall it ever showing real time burning speed. Roxio does.
