I burnt a back-up of Splinter Cell Double Agent but when I play it the game is to big for the screen. Is there any to alleviate this problem. I heard I might have to rebuild the game whatever that means. Any suggestions?

i think you might be talking about a problem dealing with PAL/NTSC problem. PAL TVs are a certain amount of pixels bigger then NTSC. So if the game is PAL and your playing on a NTSC tv, it will always be a little bit bigger then the screen. if its off centered, you can use the PAL to NTSC converter which can be found at here
