http://www.outerinfo.com/howto.html
also remove via add/remove programs panel:

-------------------------
reboot computer once after uninstalling
two downloads to get HJT and SDFix.
get SDfix first:
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop.
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
* Restart your computer
* After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
* Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
* Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
* Choose your usual account.
* Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
* Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
* It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
* Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
* When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
* Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting).
* Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt in next reply.
----------------------------
last get hjt so we can make some changes with it:
HiJackThis log - Trend Micro HijackThis 2.0.2
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/.../HJTInstall.exe
* Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
* Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis .
* Click on Install.
* It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
* Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" and Paste the entire contents of the log (no attachments) into your (Click --> ) own new topic
* DO NOT use the AnalyseThis button, its findings are dangerous if misinterpreted.
* DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what HJT lists will be harmless or even required by your Operating System, I will help you.
--------------------
post the SDfix log and a hjt log

that was fast.
go to start>run and type in--> services.msc,<--in the list of services that comes up look for>>domain service
right click on it and select properties.
under the general tab:
the path to the .exe should be: C:\WINDOWS\System32\rlvccrop.exe
make sure that the service status is: Stopped, if not click the Stop button
and the Startup type is: disabled, if not change it to disable
click apply, then ok
did you remove anything via add/remove programs panel?
where is the HJT log.

looks like you downloaded some apps between 2:27:51 AM, on 12/18/2007 and 8:58:56 PM, on 12/19/2007 because the current log looks much better.
this:
Viewpoint is foistware (installed without you knowing most likely and can be removed via add/remove programs panel)

start HJT, click the "Scan" button. check the items below, close any open windows, then click "Fixed checked"

if all looks good on your end then its time to make a new restore point. how and why:
One of the features of Windows ME or XP is the System Restore option, however if a malware infects a computer with this operating system it can be backed up in the System Restore folder. Therefore, clearing the restore points is agood idea after malware is removed.
To reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.
(winXP)
1. Turn off System Restore. (deletes old possibly infected restore point)
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.
2. Reboot.
3. Turn ON System Restore.(new restore points on a clean system)
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK, then reboot
