I have a burnt ISO back-up of Grand Theft Auto III that I just recently got to run on my PS2.

Everything works with it except for one thing: the screen has been shifted downward about an inch. So my TV screen has a blank bar at the top and I can't see the map for the game.

Has anyone had this problem, and if so, can it be remedied?

Go into the display settings while playing gta iii, and theres an option to adjust screen position, click it and you will be able to fix the position using the analog stick.
