I am running a pc with 2 monitors and a mac with 2 monitors. Will a KVM switch work so that I can use the PC with 4 monitors (I have 2 dual dvi cards in the pc) and switch it so that when I want to use the mac, I can two of the monitors with the Mac, leaving the other two for the PC? All 4 monitors are the same size and kind.

From what i have read a KVM switch is a way of running more than one pc from the same computer. it is hard to explain but here is a link to the site i read from.
