Bluetooth - Bitpim - LG VX9900

Hello,

When I attempt to get data from my phone such as music or ringtones and/or when I attempt to detect my phone through Bitpim, it continually gives me an error message saying: "LG-VX9900 on COM4: The phone is not responding while transitioning mode from none to brew." I checked the ports in my bluetooth devices and found out that it is COM4, and COM4 is the port that is selected under the BitPim settings. Also, when I browse or a port it shows Bluetooth Communications Port (COM4) as an "Available Port" so I am quite lost as to how I can fix this problem of BitPim not detecting my phone (LG VX9900). Has anyone ever experienced this problem before? Any suggestions or help is appreciated whatsoever. Thanks.
