I was wondering if it were possible for there to be an app out there for the ds that could send text messages (maybe even receive them) to cell phones or other ds lites. there are sites out there where u send text messages to cell phones so im sure the ds could do that

dsaim is a homebrew that works. its just aim on a ds, and so you can text people not only with other people on the ds but on the computer that are signed on also. im not sure about the texting to the phone though.

well, now that i think about it, do you want texting like on cellphones, or instant messaging like on aim or msn?

I already have dsaim. a text messaging app would be a nice app for the ds so they dont have to be online and can get the message later
