how to unlock a CDMA US Cellular LG phone?

hey i'm new to this unlocking stuff and from what i've heard it can benefit me right now. My Verizon phone sucks now, and i got a hold of a US Cellular LG UX355 cell phone. I don't know if a Us cellular phone works on a Verizon system though. So i'd like to "flash" the us cellular phone to operate on verizon programming. I work at a US Cellular(and have verizon, i know, ironic) and i did obtain this phone legally. I'd like to unlock my lg 355 to run on verizon. How do i do this.
please i'm new to this so don't use complicated jabber. thanks
