HDMI Home Theater Hookup

I am trying to hookup the following 4 HDMI components.

Samsung 52 HDTV, Time Warner cable/dvr box, Denon HD A/V, and Toshiba HD DVD.

I currently onl have 3 HDMI cables.

DVD to TV
TV to AV
Cable to AV

I believe I need at least one more HDMI but think I might still need the optical cable for DVD to AV.

Anyone confirm?

Or you could always get an hdmi splitter if you want all hdmi. I can't remember the brand -- I think it's Joytech -- you'll usually see them in the video game section of electronics retailers.
