Thanks guys! This is the best deal Office Max has had since they had the Verb 50 pks. for $7.99 almost a year ago. LOL I was just starting to run a little low since I stocked up then.
Thanks again bunny and cat!

Did anyone get those 100 pack verbatims yet? Are they coded MCC? I read that some people got "lucky" with some Verbatim coded CMC Mag.

Unfortunately there are no Office Max stores near here. Sounds like a great offer. Best Buy has Sony X16 +or- Rs 100 for $22.99. May go pick a pack tomorrow. They were MITaiwan, when I looked at them Fri.

I purchased a 50 pack of 16X HP DVD+R at Wal-Mart and my LiteOn drive struggles reading the HP media. They play good on a regular DVD player and my Plextor. My LiteOn drive has no problems playing my original DVD's and previously recorded Verbatim media. I'll stick to Verbatim from now on and ditch HP.

Look at the pack.. Made in India means Moser-Bauer.. same as the philips.
Never thought verbs were worth the price difference over ritek anyways.

All of the "New Look" Verbs I have seen are made in Taiwan. Yes, I bought a few hundred, they code as MCC 004. I have burned at least 150 so far, not a single error. All burned flawlessly and the ones I played back played perfect. I agree, look at the label before you buy.
Made in India- No, Made in Taiwan- Yes!
Merry Christmas to all!
