Playstation Roms - How to play one.

I've just downloaded a playstation rom (to play using an emulator). The game is "Wild 9" for playstation and I got the rom from www.RomHustler.net .

The file came in 13 parts (RAR files). I've downloaded WinRar to open the files with. They opened successfully leaving me with 2 files now: one being a .bin and the other a .cue file.

How do I load this type of file in my playstation emulator (I'm using ePSXe emulator but am willing to try another)?

What file do I need to load?

I've heard I have to burn to cd to get it to work. If this is true, what are the steps to doing so?
