Hi all iam trying to work out what is the best file type to use ?
I have some avi files that i want to put on my HDD media player so i can watch them on my tv but avi files are poor to watch on tv, i have converted some to vob files and they very watchable now but i just wondered if i could convert to some other single file type instead of 4/5 vob files and keep the quality and size and also be able to change the aspet ratio when converting ???

Any help would be great ?
