i dint have any spyware or anti-virus installed on my system...today when i started my pc all my programmes & even shortcuts start in dos window????(i.e the t.v like white window)
i even tried to download avtivirus & installation...but that too opens in dos window & cannot be run....plzzzzzzzz HELP

also i cannot install & uninstall software it says u do not have the right contact system adminstrator
