GeForce 8600GT installed, tv tuner not recognized

I installed a GeForce 8600GT 256mb card in my HP m8200n media center pc and when i did my tv tuner was no longer recognized, i called HP and they couldnt help me and have found nothing on several searches. has anybody had any similar problems and know what to do? any help is appreciated, thank you.
