can you give some more information?
is it a PSP_GAME folder and a UMD DATA.BIN file??

if it is you need umdgen to generate a iso

start umdgen drag and drop the PSP_GAME folder and the UMD DATA .BIN file to where it says "no items to show " and save as a iso or cso (compressed iso)
