DVD ripping to PSP

I just got a PSP and am new to DVD ripping. I have a 4gb memory card. I've downloaded DVD Decrypter and DVDfab but both converted a movie that is less than 2 hrs to almost 5gb of space. I have seen others with movies that take only 500 mb of space on a PSP that are of decent quality. Could someone tell me how I would go about ripping a movie and getting it on my PSP in a size similar to this?

After ripping it, it still needs to be compressed. Try this guide and merry Christmas.

Why not try SPAM? It can meet your need. After ripping, an 2hr movie will take nearly 500mb space. And the quality is perfect.
