In order to downgrade to 1.50 from 3.52 you need a Pandora battery.

Go HERE to install 3,71 M33-2 to your PSP. You will need to buy a Datel Tool Battery or Hardmod the Battery to a Pandora Battery since you don't have access to a custom firmware PSP.

A Pandora battery + Magic Memory stick is your ONLY OPTION!

before i start installing the files to the psp do i need to have the Datel Tool Battery or the Hardmoded Battery already connected to the psp?
after all that is done and my psp is 3.71 m33-2 can i just use my normal battery back in it. and can i put my 4gb ms back.

The Datel Tool Battery or Pandora battery is just used to put the PSP into service mode. it lets the PSP boot from memory Stick and lets you install the custom firmware to the PSP.

So create the magic memory Stick first. Then after you have done that buy the Datel Tool battery or Harmod the Battery to a Pandora battery.

After you have installed the custom firmware to the PSP just format the memory stick and use as normal and Unmod the Battery if you have Hardmoded it to bring it back into normal mode.

so what you telling me is i can create the magic memory stick first on my psp without the datel battery, and then when i have the battery transfer it from the stick to the psp?
i'm sorry if i seem a bit dumb but i just wanna do it right i found a datel battery on e-bay that i'm gonna get but if i can do the magic card first then i will.
thanx

I already told you. You do not need the Datel Tool Battery or a Hardmodded Battery to create the Magic Memory Stick.

But you need a Datel Tool Battery or Hard modded Battery to use the Magic Memory Stick.

So you need both of them to actually install the custom firmware to the PSP.

You place the Magic Memory Stick into the PSP you want to install the custom firmware to. Then insert the Datel Tool Battery or Hardmodded Battery and it will bring up a menu letting you install the custom firmware to the PSP.

I would recommend staying away from buying Batteries off Ebay. Theres a high possibility you will get a fake 1.
