log looks ok as far as malware goes but a hjt log dosnt show all malware. you should rely on your anti-malware and AV first for malware problems.
looks like you have both spybot's tea timer and AVG guard running. both overlap in what they do and can chew up system resources. i would only use one. up to you.
you also have both AVG antivirus and norton AV. only one antivirus is needed on your computer. two is not better than one in this case. you should remove one via the add/remove programs panel.
