well i had a trogen it was in the temperary internet files so... i deleted all the temperarry files, cookies, and the history then i scaned the computer wit avg(free version) and norton internet security twice and nothing came out so i thought it was finished but know i try to load any program and it takes forever and whe i play runescape it laggs soooo much it keeps saying connection lost and usually logs me out so wat could i do about it(i mostly wanna fix the runescape problem)(ps i got vids on yt ppl search for saul950 :p)

Reboot into safe mode, run hijackThis, place check marks next to the items listing below. Press Fix Checked button. Reboot. Let me know if the PC is still sluggist.
