I have a decent collection of movies and now that I received an ipod during Christmas, I want to use the best dvd ripper to extract the movies. I just bought DVDFab Platinum which has good options but all of them can be customized. For me this is a problem since i do not know the best Audio/Video Bitrate for each movie and too much or too little seems to output some movies pixelized. The generic Bitrate that i am using is 900 (video) and 192 (audio). Is there a program that detect the best output settings for the movies?

DVDFab Platinum can customize file parameter.
If you set bitrate is larger,the quality of the video will be better.
But the video file also will be larger.
I used to read DVD to iPod converter reviews,there are some tools may help you,because they can set ouput file parameter easily.
You can read and compare different DVD to iPod ools.
