i bought my friends psp for the analog stick but since i have it why not fix it. he said that his brother dropped it but now it wont turn on, well it turns on but the screen stays black. i cant even get into recovery mode(i know how) and when i put in pandoras battery, it stays at formatting flash0. any ideas on what to do?

Well if it fell down then it's not bricked, something in the internal mechanism probably moved and/or broke. If you're a professional and internal motors or mechanisms, you can try and open the psp and comapre it to yours.

i dont think the stores will help because i voided my warranty. is there a way to fix it without buying new parts?

err if its ur psp hardware itself which has the problem then u have no choice but what i mean is check wats wrong with it not change parts at the shop u got it from

i think its my flash0 and 1. is there a way to get to them withought going into recovery mode. Maybe with pandoras battery or something. and i brought it to the store to ask whats wrong but they said they dont know.
