urban chaos riot response DNAS image patcher problem

hi, it's me again
as far as the dnas image patching is concerned i already patched a few and everythig worked just FINE but...... when i'm trying to do the same thing with Urban Chaos Riot Response it doesn't. when i'm skanning the image file with image patcher 1.7 it says "ERROR: problem with Reading from the Image File!". the image is not corrupted or somethin'. so what could be the reason?
