Ok first of all can you not just link me to any guide to help me, i'd really appreciate if you read on...

Basically, i've read a few guides on here on how to get your PSP to play ISOs from the computer and they've all just confused me. Basically, I have a 3.72 slim PSP and a 1GB stick and I want to be able to play ISOs that I have on my computer, i've been told I need a Pandora battery and need to make a magic stick thing, I get that bit. But im so confused at what to do afterwards, so I have a few questions:

1) Is that all I need? Just a slim PSP, a datel battery (pandora whatever), 1GB stick and obviously my computer?

2) What programs do I need to download onto my computer?

3) What does each program do? I dont expect an essay on what they do, I just want to understand what is happening if u know wat I mean.

4) What is the purpose of this, how does it make my PSP play ISOs?

5) Can someone link me to (or just tell me) a simple guide on what I have to do to:

-create a magic memory stick?
-what I have to do when I have made the magic memory stick?
-how I get ISOs onto my PSP once i've done everything I need to do?

Thanks :)

you dont need any programs just your computer but it's better to use a computer with windows xp

buy a datel tool battery
http://www.consoleshop.com/product.php?p...ooglebase&bid=3

and then follow this guide to make the magic memory stick
http://my.afterdawn.com/larrylje_redwings/blog_entry.cfm/2501
and then use the magic memory stick and the datel tool battery to install a custom firmware in your psp (last part of the guide)

a custom firmware is a hacked firmware that will let you play games and run homebrew from the memory stick

after you install the custom firmware format the memory stick in your psp and it will create all the necessary folders

then put the psp games in the ISO folder ,then in the xmb menu (psp menu) go to game memory stick to run the games

1) for ur slim u need to use the DC3 (or use totalnoobieinstaller to install DC3)

2) just the dc3

3) installs 3.71 m33-2 straight onto ur psp after u make it (and obviousli u have a datel or pandora battery)

4) it installs CFW onto ur psp so it enables u to play iso games

5)

- guides alreadi just search
- chuck the ms and battery into ur psp and press x wen asked to
- u can format the ms from ur psp lata (after u installed the CFW) then an iso folder would appear on ur ms, then pull out the battery hold R put the battery back in and a recovery menu would appear goto configuration -> UMD mode -> m33 driver

n thats all there is to play iso games

my (+[__]%) life

2.81 -> 3.71-> 3.71 m33-2 -> 3.71 m33-3 -> 3.71 m33-4 -> 3.80 m33 -> 3.80 m33-2 -> 3.80 m33-4

saddest (+[__]%) moment

i upgraded to 3.71
