Moving Gifs In Windows Photo Gallery

Is it possible to view the full animation of moving gifs in Windows Photo Gallery in Windows Vista? Currently it only shows a the first still frame of the Gif image and it's really bugging me.

If it's not possible, do you recemend any other good picture views that support moving gifs?
