After much experimentation my preferred solution is:

AnyDVD HD rip to m2ts files

Choose/guess which m2ts file(s) (usually obvious)

Tsremux to TS file

Play with PowerDVD/VLC/WinDVD or convert as you wish

The area where I need help is the Blu-Ray programme chain (PGC. I have some discs where I cannot find the right m2ts file(s).

Can anyone help?
