I'm trying to access my control panel, but neither of my windows accounts has permission for some reason. Ive tried restarting the computer and it still will not work. Ive looked under C:\WINDOWS\system32\control.exe and it's there. Ive tried running spybot search and destroy, but my computer randomly restarted. Any suggestions?

Download HijackThis. http://filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/
Reboot into Safe mode. Run HijackThis. Do a system scan and save a log. Post the log here.
