sorry would like to help but we need to now what firmware your psp is on but ill tell you both ways =]
3.5x m33:
go into recovery mod(hold the r trigger while turning on)
then go into advanced
plugin in your usb cable
then toggle flash0
make a backup of the files if you havent all ready
now go to vsh>resource>place the rco files there
now on the psp click back and exit and enjoy your new theme

3.7x m33/hx:
create a theme folder in the psp folder if you havent all ready
place themes in that folder
go to themes option in the xmb
scroll thourgh and find your theme
select and enjoy
