Hi all,

Got a quick question.. I am trying to convert an Xvid .avi file to a WMV 9 HD (720p) file. The Xvid is a DVD rip done with AutoGK -> Vdub. To test results without waiting for several hours, I used Vdub to create a short 30 second clip from the actual full movie .avi --> took that file into WM Encoder and attempted to do the file conversion session. Using default settings, 5MBPS VBR video and CBR audio compression, the encoding process yields only the last 7 seconds of the video clip. I have checked and double checked that I don't have "Mark in/Mark outs' set in WM Encoder..

Any other ideas why only the last 7 seconds of a clip would be saved?
