You need to set up port forwarding on your router.

The web page here will show you what to do.

Then it would be prudent to share your resolve, with others, since you came in here asking how to resolve it.

Well Netgear had asked me either outbound or inboud so i decided to put my settings in both. The process i had used to resolve this problem worked but now i have another problem when i try connecting to my psp internet the ip address had timed out. And when i enter the ip address in manualy it work but on my pc its says IP address conflict which stops
making both my psp and pc internet stop working is there any1 that knows how to resolve this.

WHAT did you do to resolve the first problem??
Share your experience so others can benefit.
Then restate you new problem and maybe someone here will share theirs.
Or, call Netgear for help again, and follow their instructions precisely.
