Windows Vista - Your Power Plan Information Isn't Available

Hello,

Running a Dell 1520 notebook. Went in to check on power plan options and
got "Your power plan information isn't available." Tried doing the
troubleshooting but that didn't get me anywhere

What's going on here. Says that some settings, registry keys have been
deleted or corrupted. How do I fix those files or get them back?

Any help is appreciated!
