R4 and M3 and corruption?

I have the R4 ds card thing for slot one and 2 2gb microSD cards one Kingston and one SanDisc, i have put M3 Simple on both and put it into the R4 ds card thing and when it loads it says

"The hardware is not compatible"

im using the M3 full installation package 28/6/2007
