SuperCard MiniSD booting to GBA problem

Hi all! Hopefully someone can help with this problem.

I have the Supercard MiniSD with the SuperKey Pass. I have upgraded to the SD_184.BIN firmware and use the v2.65 software for conversion.

Everything has gone great for the past year until about 3 days ago. Half the time that I power on, the DS wants to boot into GBA mode. I have changed nothing in the way that I run things either.

Also I had the following show up on the list of games (once it finally booted correctly): rkpro-~1.ne{(in card)

Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
