Walked into the Houston store & saw them on sale. If you want 50 packs instead they are $13.99 each. Sale is good until Janary 31st. All the new & old packaging I saw said MIT. I bought six of the hundred packs & the new package discs look a little different on the DVD face than the old ones do. Still plenty of room to use a sharpie though.

It may be the online price too however I haven't checked that.

I noticed the trend with Microcenter Verbatim sales. When they have the 20 pack dual layers only for $27.99 the single layers aren't on sale. Also when the single layers are below $25 for 100 the dual layers won't have that sale. It doesn't matter to much, because I can hit Sam's Club to pick up the slack on both and at least there is always some type of Verbatims on sale at Microcenter for a great price.
