Problem: When I boot up my computer, the screen, right after the initial windows loading screen begins to violently shake. (so hard that it's near impossible to see anything.)
Anywho, i boot it up in safemode and no such thing happens. which leads me to believe its a virus.. or something of the type.
i use this computer for school, so it really makes me nervous. please help!!

also, i was wondering... if i just went out and bought a new hd, swapped it, and loaded windows... would this take it away? or do viruses infect other parts of your pc as well?
at a glance your hjt log looks ok as far as malware goes. looks like you have symantec for your antivirus? dont see a anti-malware app, i would get one.
in safe mode check/change your screen resolution maybe your monitor cant display whats been set.
