Ok but when i type the first command it says "the command is not recognized Type HELP for a list of supported commands."

it looks like this:

C:\WINDOWS>cd\windows\system32\drivers
The command is not recognized Type HELP for a list of supported commands

What could the problem be ?

Try this link. Looks like a little different way to do the same thing.
Also shows some other problems. Overheating hascaused most of my notebook problems.
