Hi everyone, I too am like everyone else. i just received an mp4 player from china and well went to download music kept saying that the device is not recognised..then put the CD in and tried to setup the utilities and then all of a sudden in converted from english back to mandarin and now nothing seems to be working at all..can someone please help me out ..thanks in advance
