M3 DS Real spring mechanism problem

Hey people! I've had my M3 DS Real for about a month now and already the spring mechanism is busted. Does anybody now how to fix it on the M3 DS Real?

I've tried to carefully open the M3 DS Real, but on the corner that has the MicroSD Card slot it's kind of stuck as if glued or something. I didn't force it further so I would not break it.

If anybody can help me with this... thanks in advance!
